These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and CraftyGem Studio ("CraftyGem", "we", "us"). They govern your use of our games — including Trivia Battle, SEKO, Tilia, and Touch Aim — our app KeepMySubs, and this website (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
The Services are intended for general audiences. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use. Some games are suitable for children; parents are responsible for supervising their children's use and any purchases.
If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and accept responsibility for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at contact@craftygem.net if you suspect unauthorized use.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

If you submit content (such as usernames, leaderboard names, or in-game messages), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display it as needed to operate the Services. You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Some games include virtual items or currency. These have no monetary value, are licensed to you rather than owned, cannot be exchanged for real money, and may be modified, managed, or discontinued by us. Except where required by law, purchases of virtual items are final and non-refundable.
In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Any subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account; you can manage or cancel them in your store settings. Refunds are handled according to the applicable store's policy and applicable law.
Some Services are supported by advertising. By using ad-supported Services, you agree that we and our advertising partners may display ads as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Services — including the games, software, artwork, audio, and the CraftyGem name and logos — are owned by CraftyGem or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our marks or content without our prior written permission.
If you download an app from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and CraftyGem (not Apple); that Apple has no obligation to provide support for the app; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Comparable terms apply to apps obtained from Google Play. Your use must also comply with the applicable store's terms.
The Services rely on third-party providers (for example, Apple, Google, and Firebase). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Services at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftyGem will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD $50. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold CraftyGem harmless from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or to comply with the law. You may stop using the Services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — will survive.
We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will update the date above or provide notice in the app or on this website. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel. You agree to first try to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us and allowing 60 days to reach a resolution. Any unresolved dispute will be settled by binding arbitration on an individual basis. To the extent permitted by law, you and CraftyGem waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property.
