This Privacy Policy explains how CraftyGem Studio ("CraftyGem", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information. It applies to our mobile games — including Trivia Battle, SEKO, Tilia, and Touch Aim — our utility app KeepMySubs, and this website (together, the "Services").
By using the Services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
Our website and apps use cookies, SDKs, and local storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect some features.
Some of our games are free and supported by ads. We work with third-party advertising partners — primarily Google AdMob — to display ads. These partners may use advertising identifiers and similar technologies to deliver and measure ads.
On iOS, we ask for permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency before any tracking used for personalized ads. If you decline, you'll see only non-personalized (contextual) ads. You can also reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings. For child-directed experiences, ads are limited to non-personalized / contextual ads (see Children's Privacy). We use Google Firebase services — including Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics — to understand how the Services are used and to detect and fix problems. These tools collect usage and diagnostic data as described above.
Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their respective terms and privacy policies. We receive confirmation of a purchase (such as what was bought and whether it succeeded) but never your full payment-card information.
We do not sell your personal information.
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time.
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, secure cloud infrastructure (Firebase / Google Cloud Platform), access controls, and regular reviews. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work hard to safeguard your data.
We are based in Israel and use service providers in countries including the United States. Where we transfer data internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.
You have the rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. We process data under the legal bases of contract, legitimate interests, consent, and legal obligation. You have the right to know, delete, and correct your personal information, and to opt out of its "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell your personal information. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Some of our games are suitable for a general audience that includes children. For experiences directed to children, we limit collection to what's needed to run the game, serve only non-personalized / contextual ads, and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the age set by local law) without verifiable parental consent. Parents may contact us to review or delete a child's information.
You can access, update, or delete your account data, opt out of marketing messages, manage ad personalization through your device settings and App Tracking Transparency, and control cookies through your browser. To make a request, email contact@craftygem.net.
The Services may link to or rely on third-party sites and services (such as the app stores), each with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll revise the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice in the app or on this website.
